Nice coat dress in very good condition. The Red Cross was allowed to wear the green insignia on the epaulets (like this one) or on the collar (which was most common) depending on the taste of the wearer. It is interesting to see the epaulet variation. The A.R.C. pins are on the collar. Motor Corps insignia pin above the pocket. Motor Corps and Emergency First Aid patches and four year service stripe on the sleeve. The A.R.C. collar pins are slightly different colors (not really noticeable when worn).

If you decide to launder the dress, be very careful with the vegetable ivory buttons. They are fragile when it comes to cleaning (they hold up just fine for normal use). They will color bleed if you soak the dress and I've known dry cleaners who have cracked the buttons.
