Vintage American Red Cross tin tabs - they fold over pockets or collars and have a little spike to keep them in place. Price is for 12 pieces. These were used from the 1920s and throughout WWII for things like like donations, give-aways and junior Red Cross.
They are all in fairly good shape, but may have some scratches, a tiny rust speck or light storage wear.
