Vintage 1940s pale blue zipper front dress

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 45"
Waist - 39" max (can be cinched in with belt)
Hips - 49"
Length - 43"

Nice causal house dress with a white eyelet design. It has an attached tie belt. Metal "Queen" zipper down the front. Label at the neck: "The C & D Company Grand Rapids, Michigan"

Condition: Decent, wearable as-is but it does have a few issues. On the white area on the shoulder there looks to be beige paint stains (luckily this area is covered by the collar). Along the waist there is a big pull / imperfection in the material (can be mostly hidden by the belt). Several eyelets show wear and tear. There is a loose seam on the skirt by the eyelet design. Loose stitching on the skirt near the waist. Very light armpit and collar staining (not very noticeable). Small staining along the zipper.
