  • Description

I am unsure what this bag was for exactly, but it seems to be a pioneer related bag likely for carrying additional charges. It is not part of the usual Pioneer pouch/backpack set up, but an independent briefcase or shoulder bag. It is in good used condition with a few period repairs (shown in photos). There is a faint R.B.Nr. on the inside of the top flap. It is made almost like a briefcase of the era. On the top flap, there are 2 small holes that look like they were probably rivets. Originally, there was likely a steel piece across the length of the bag to give it more support when carried by the cloth handle, now there is just the two holes where that piece was once attached. It measures about 13 3/4" across.
