Description
Decent traggestell 43 project, from my own personal project pile. The hard to manufacture webbing pieces are present. The missing webbing is all of the relatively easy stuff to make. As an added bonus, this is one of the traggestell 43's that was made with a mix of captured British webbing which means you could easily use inexpensive and widely available British webbing to create the missing straps and it would be completely accurate and blend with the original webbing.
The metal frame seems like it has a few coats of paint. There was the factory paint, a bright green bunker paint layer, and then the top panzer gray layer. I am not sure if the top most layer is original or perhaps someone trying to cover the funky bunker green paint, not understanding what it was.
