  • Description

Reproduction aluminum tubes of instant coffee. Each tube contains enough Nestle french roast to make 2 cups of black coffee. To open it, you just separate the crimped end with a knife. This is a great way to make a cup of coffee in the field. They measure about 1" in diameter and 2 1/2" tall making them easy to fit in a pocket and the aluminum is actually quite ridged, so they shouldn't crush or open accidentally. These should be used within a year of when you purchase them. If you open them delicately, you can likely refill and use the same tube a few times. The price is for 1 full tube.

*Disclaimer: These are based off of photos of ground dug examples and one original post war example that I happened to have (They were still packaging coffee in this fashion into at least the 70's). The size is correct and at least one side of the art work is correct but in all the research available, there were no pictures of the back side of the tube so we took a little artistic license and filled in the blanks. Considering how rare these are and how much graphics seem to vary on items like this, I believe the graphics for this are well within reason and very believable.
