Original Bicycle Pump Mounting Bracket (Nipple Type)

Original, new old stock, German bicycle pump holders. This is one of the most secure ways of mounting your bike pump. Some bike makers built hooks into their frames to mount the pump; if you are not so lucky, you can attach these to your bike. Although, these actually work even better than the built-in hooks.

One of the nipples is fixed and the other is spring loaded with a lock nut for easy mounting/dismounting of the pump with a secure fit. Attach to your frame at whatever distance is appropriate for the pump you have. Your pump should have a divot on top and bottom to fit the nipple. To mount the pump, loosen the lock nut and pull back the spring loaded nipple, insert the pump, release the spring loaded nipple, and lastly, tighten the locking nut so that the spring loaded part can no longer be retracted.
