Description
Original wartime cigarette roller. This is a dead stock item with some surface rust from storage and some small tears in the paper. The paper used on the rollers is normally associated with war time production but I could easily see it also being more of an economy or very early design. Even in the 1930's these rollers normally had cloth or even vinyl material for the roller.
