Vintage 1930s / 1940s Joh. Decker Leipzig clothing labels I believe this is supposed to be a loop for hanging up the garment. It is not thin like a tag but a little more like webbing.
Price is for either one label for $1 (cut from the original string of labels) or 5 labels for $3 (which I will leave together for you to cut apart).
Labels are in in good condition with only light wear. The total length of the label is about 3 7/8" from cut to cut. They are cut at the little star.
