Complete Khaki WAC Officer's Uniform

Complete vintage WWII khaki WAC uniform: jacket, skirt, garrison cap, (men's) undershirt and tie.

Private purchase officer's uniform; the pockets on the jacket are decorative only. All of these pieces came together, but are not named. The set consists of a jacket, skirt, officer's garrison cap, men's undershirt and tie. Sometimes due to shortages, women would wear pieces of men's uniforms as is the case here. Her rank is captain. The patches are Pacific Ocean Areas and First Army. The ribbon bars are for Army Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Medal, American Theater Campaign Medal, and Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal.

It is in decent condition. The are a some small pinprick holes and moth bites on the jacket. Small speck on the bottom front of the jacket. Several moth holes and some makeup stains on the garrison cap. The lining of the hat has some staining. The skirt is in good condition. The men's undershirt has some brown staining and rust specks. Tie in fairly good condition.
