Description
Vintage 1940s black and white tilt hat. Netting around the white crown. Bow in the back. This hat is meant to be worn at an angle not sit on top of your head. Generally good condition with some pulls in the material. The inside straps are held on only by a thread and need re-stitched. Marked size 22. Consumer's protection label inside.
