Vintage late 1920s or early 1930s German black velvet dress with white collar.

Length - 46"
This dress is not meant to fit tightly. Nice long sleeve dress. It has glass buttons down the front, but actually closes with snaps. There is a snap opening on the side. The sleeve openings have snaps, too. There is a repair on the side hip area. The top has a white lining that has some discoloration.
