Khaki WAC Jacket 16R
(B-38" W-32")

Vintage WWII WAC (Women's Army Corps) summer tropical worsted khaki uniform jacket. Dated 1944.

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 38"
Waist - 32"
Length - 26"

Technical Sergeant rank. 4th Army patch (sewn on very crooked). The collar insignia is the US emblem and the military police collar disc (that is how it came to me, I don't think WACs wore that, but I am leaving it as I found it). Marked size 16R (vintage sizes run smaller, please check above measurements to ensure fit).

Decent condition. There is a tiny hole by the buttons. Some light brown staining on the front and the end of the sleeve (I have not attempted to clean it).  Small hole in the back. Light wear (no stains on the outside) on the armpits. The inside lining has stains under the arms. There is writing on the bottom corner of the lining.
