Named to Dorothy E. Bellum. The coat is a heavy navy blue wool. There are no labels. Pockets on the front. Cinched in the back. Overall good condition but there are some minor issues. Scuffs on the collar and the sleeve and a few other spots. It is lined and the lining has some light stains.
