Description
This is a decent to good condition canteen with no maker markings. It has a pig skin leather strap and a Bakelite lid so it is likely late war or possibly very very early post war. The snaps on the cover work quite well. It is a nice canteen. The straps are nice but the pig skin ones do seem to break easily so this is more of a collection piece than something for reenacting.
