I do not know if other pages are missing as they are not numbered. Its a bit rough around the edges and the staple binding. It has a crease across the center. It will ship folded along that same crease, as it has clearly been like that for a long time and it is most comfortable in that position.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnit level publications are fairly rare.
