Description
Original WWII WAVES navy garrison cap / sidecap hat. It has the blue WAVES tag and the WAVES rate tag. It is named. There is no size tag, but it is a smaller size - I think it is a size 21. Generally good condition. There is some wear on the inside. The front has makeup stains and a tiny hole (not visible when worn). The tags also have some light discoloration.
