Buttons along the inside waist for suspenders. Metal zipper fly. Replaced buttons on one sleeve. Above those buttons, there is a professionally done repair. A tailor cut out material from the inside and lined up the stripes to repair a spot the sleeve. They replaced the inside swatch with a very close material. There is some staining along the collar and a stain on the end of one sleeve. I couldn't tell if there was staining on the front of the pants, or just the way the lighting was. Some fraying / pulls in the material on the bottom of one pantleg. The material underneath the suspender buttons on the waist has some staining. Several number and letter stamps on the inside of one pocket.
