Original 1929 German "Im Westen Nichts Neues (All Quiet on the Western Front). There is a circular hole on the inside page, which is suspiciously the size of a standard property stamp. I am guessing this was disowned as this book "fell out of favor" to put it lightly during the Third Reich era. There is a name and address hand written inside the cover also. Apart from this hole, the book is in quite good condition with some minor staining on the cover. This is likely a first edition.
