Unusual can and bottle opener with a fold down corkscrew. It has folding covers at either end to cover the poky bits although the one on one side is kinda floppy. I think it might actually be Russian based on the markings, but I already took pictures on a German background so it is what it is. I found this in Germany, It is probably post war.
