Description
Nice example of a painted steel Luftwaffe belt buckle with the original leather tab. The buckle has been de-nazified which seems to have been done by sort of pounding the eagle and swastika flat or more flat. However they did it, the buckle still managed to retain quite a lot of the paint. There is some rust. The leather is cracked in the center where it wraps around the prongs.
