Nice original loop from the Ate company, Ate made a lot of vehicle fluids, like break fluid and antifreeze etc... You will often find Ate listed directly on various service tags in original vehicles. There is a little paint on the leather pouch. There are some light scratches on the lens. Would make a great vehicle accessory. I am sure this has a specific reason for existing, its probably not just a random advertising piece. It is likely something to do with inspecting fluids.
