Red Fruits and Flowers Novelty Print Dress

Vintage 1940s red dress with white fruits and flowers novelty print.

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 46"
Waist - 34 1/2" ***
Hips - 42"
Length - 45 1/2"

***This dress has been altered at the waist and taken in. I choose to leave it as I found it, which means it does lay slightly oddly. The waist can be taken out at least two inches safely and the buttons can be moved over as well.

Nice cold rayon material. Dark red buttons and a hidden mother of pearl button at the waist that has a loop to hold it in place. Red ties at the waist. The dress is in fairly good condition but it does have some stains and discoloration. The sleeves are ever so slightly yellowed, but it isn't very noticeable. There is a black scuff at the back of the neck. There are some light brown stains on the bottom of the skirt; there is a small hole on the hem as well. The red ties have some dark stains on them. No attempt has been made to launder it.
