Vintage WWII US army nurse off duty dress.

Sleeve - 23"
OD dress with U.S. Army Nurse Corps Uniform label. Side zipper. Missing belt.
OK condition with some issues. A lot of small white specks on the material. Some wear on the epaulets and cuffs. Minor discoloration and fading. The fading is gradual, the photo shows the worst of it. Stains on the top of both sleeves. A few small holes and pulls in the material. One of the buttons is held on with a straight pin. The shoulder pads need stitched in better.
