Vintage German 1920s flapper dress.

**Flapper dresses are meant to be worn loose and are fairly straight cut. None of these measurements should be tight.
Very dark blue (almost black) wool dress. Blue trim. It snaps down the front. It has several repairs: some under the arms, some on the front waist. There is some extra material on the seams on the end of the sleeves. A few small holes. The top is lined. the lining has some staining. The waist has some darts added to make it a little more flattering while still retaining the flapper look.
