Vintage 1930s / 1940s German traditional knit sweater. Also worn by BDM girls.

Nice black wool knit sweater with green and red trim. Metal buttons. Green ties at the collar and at the waist. The waist is tailored in to give it a flattering look. Super cute sweater that gained popularity in the 1930s and was made for many decades after. It was popular with the BDM (Bund Deutscher Mädel - League of German Girls) as well and was an approved garment for certain regions.
Good condition. There are just a few pulls in the material and on seams. The top button is a little loose and could be sewn in better.
