Original US medic pouch. The bottom has been tucked in and laced up to make this into more of a handbag and is fitted with a cantle ring strap. This came from the belongings of a flight nurse, so she likely did use it as a sort of handbag. It is in very good condition overall, but the inside has some white powder in it as it was being used to store an experimental plastic canteen when we got it and it got a little powdery on the outside with age and that rubbed off on the inside of the bag a bit.
