• WWI Flag of US & Canadian Volunteers for the Polish Army in France

  • $150.00 USD

  • Description

Small WWI era maroon-red (maybe a little purple-ish) flag with a Polish eagle. From what I have been able to research on this, it is the flag of Volunteers from the USA and Canada for the Polish Army in France circa 1916. A fairly rare piece of history and a great example of Americans willingness to pitch in even when the country itself wasn't quite ready. In OK condition. Small tears on the corners. Fading in the center from being folded. A few small brown stains.
