Black kidney-bean shaped medical dish (emesis basin). Marked Germany 9201 on the bottom. The kidney dish is used in medical and surgical wards to receive soiled dressings and other medical waste. The shape of the dish allows it to be held against the patient's body to catch any falling fluids or debris (when washing out a small wound, for example). It looked to be made from some kind of treated pressed paper or something similar. Some staining inside.
