Pre-war German L. Leichner's Abschminke make-up removal cream tin. It is empty, but still smells a little perfumey when you open it. Leichner was a big name in cosmetics and was popular as both professional make up in movies and theater and as well skincare and make up for everyday women. They had a presence in both Germany (Berlin) and in England (London) during the war. The address in Berlin was destroyed by bombing, so this helps to date the tin. Some wear and light rust.
