Original vintage WWII US Navy WAVES women's seersucker garrison cap. Nice W.A.V.E.S. labels inside. The hat does not have a size tag, but it measures about a 21 1/2. Some light wear along the edges, some light staining and a few very tiny pinprick holes. Overall fairly good, wearable shape.
