Original Wehrmacht Heereseigentum 20 meter tape measure. The cloth tape has a replaced segment of cloth where there would normally have been a segment of leather. This segment doesn't retract into the body easily. The leather is in good condition and would clean up well. There is a bit of green oxidation around the brass bits. Dated 1937 with a waffen amt as well as having Heereseigentum pressed into the leather. These would have been common for pioneers and heavy weapons as they were used to construct positions.
