Original prewar German collapsible top hat. It measures about 56-57. It has some very light wear but is still quite nice. There is a small hole on the inside lining at one of the hinges of the mechanism. These are a lot of fun. Just slap the brim on one hand and it pops open. Be careful though I have seen people do it too aggressively and bend the brim back.
