Reproduction 3D printed boot / foot powder container in the shape of a typical Wehrmacht jackboot. This is made from a very nice, reasonably strong 3D printing resin which does a decent job replicating black Bakelite. The boots may wobble a bit due to printing inconsistency; they still stand just fine. Price is for one.
I have always liked these containers, they are a fantastic piece of advertising and product design. The top of the boot has a threaded cap embossed with the makers name Pudan. Under the cap is a second threaded cap with the holes to distribute the powder. The actual powder container is a simple cylinder and the extra toe part is hollowed out from the underside. inside the toe is embossed with ges.gesch.d.Wz. and D.R.Gm. and D.R.Geschm.M. Since is has a screw closure it doesn't leak powder quite as much as the normal metal foot powder containers.
This project was a real labor of love. I spent an exorbitant amount of time modeling this to make the print and a considerable amount of time trying and failing to make satisfactory prints. I am very happy with the result. The originals are rather hard to find and expensive; I would never even consider taking a real one to an event, so this is a good stand in for reenacting or displays.
