Decent example of the late war M42 Eis model mess kit manufactured by Emaillierwerke A.G., Fulda. This is a slightly more rare example. It is rather crude and simple. This was probably unissued, but it got a little beat up over the years since. The rim of the top is a little damaged with one small tear in the steel. The paint is actually still in pretty good condition overall. The lid fits pretty tightly, I think either the lid or the bottom are a tiny bit deformed. This would be a really nice example for a late war mannequin.
