Bakelite Soldier's Pipe Deutsche Wertarbeit Repro

New made Bakelite soldaten pfeiffe marked "Deutsche Wertarbeit D.R.P.Ang." Price is for one. Beautiful little pipes similar in size to typical German soldiers pipes of the era. Easily fits into a pocket. The inside diameter of the bowl is about 5/8". These are newly made and the Bakelite material is a modern version designed without the harsh chemicals found in certain types of Bakelite. There were some Bakelite pipes during the war, but I have only come across a few in the wild. 


These are made to be cleaned with hot water rather than using filters. There is a small metal trap piece where the stem attaches to the bowl which catches some of the tar. Each pipe comes with a little cleaning tool for the holes in the trap filter and a few extra gaskets.

This is an ideal pipe for reenacting. A very nice pipe but also new, so you don't feel as bad about it getting beat up in your pocket at a tactical.
