Description
German aluminum bread/sandwich tin. AS-IS condition. It is a little beat up. There is one small hole on the top and has dents and dings. It is also a bit dirty and has one brown spots (common on old aluminum that hasn't been taken care of or was left out in the elements for too long). This one is a little bit taller/deeper than the standard bread tin. The perfect beater item to take to events and not worry about damaging.
A good bread bag stuffer to keep your sandwich safe. These were an important part of everyday life for Germans, so it is no wonder they found their way to the front lines as well. They were even being produced as early as WWI.They are pictured on the cover of the 1939 Der Sportler catalog.
