Description
Original token which seems to have been something like a pfand token you sometimes get at events like Oktoberfest as a deposit for a glass or eating utensils. This one says essgeschirr und besteck, plate and utensils. You would return the items and the token to get the deposit back (the token insured you couldn't just pick up extra items left by careless, or drunk, individuals to get their deposit).
