German Long Sleeve Flower Print Dress Tie Waist

Vintage 1940s / 1950s German blue and white flower print long sleeve dress.

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 40"
Waist - 37" max (can be cinched in with the ties, mannequin is 32 1/2" waist and it is unpinned)
Hips - 43" max **
Length - 46"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 24 1/4"


**There is not a lot of fabric overlap (just the fabric under the double buttons). If you have larger hips, it may open a bit and show off your legs when you move. This could be solved by adding snaps or sewing it shut.

Nice double rows of buttons down the front. Functional pockets. Blue trim on the collar and pockets. Attached ties at waist. Overall good condition with a few flaws. A spot on along the collar / shoulder area has some seam separation. There are some light scattered stains (mostly hidden by the print). Inside one pocket was even two pieces of extra fabric for future repairs (I have seen this with German dresses before). The size tag at the neck is washed out, but looks like 48.
