Vintage 1930s / 1940s German men's civilian vest.

Waist - 42"
Length -22" at the longest point*Measurements taken at the largest, can be cinched in about 4 1/4".
Nice black wool vest. It has a lined pattern in the material. The back waist has a cincher and metal Solide belt buckle that has some rust. The sides have been taken out to make it a larger size. Overall the outside looks good. The inside however has a lot of staining and discoloration.
