Description
Vintage 1930s / 1940s German traditional knit sweater. It is stretchy.
MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 37"-41"
Waist - 26"-30"
Length - 15"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 19 1/2"Nice black wool knit sweater with green and red trim. Marked size 42. Green ties at the collar and at the waist. The waist is tailored in to give it a flattering look. Super cute sweater that gained popularity in the 1930s and was made for many decades after. It was popular with the BDM as well.
Fairly good condition but with some flaws. There are a few small holes (mostly on the sleeves). There are pulls in the material. Some wear and piling under the arms.
NOTE: the green is more bright in person. The photos give it a slight blue-ish hue that is not there.
