Description
Original Victorian or Edwardian era German servants or butlers call box. Basically you could push a button in a room in the house and that would cause one of the little flags to drop in this call box which would have been located in an area, like a kitchen or servants room, to tell them they were needed in that room. There are 6 spaces for flags. 2 of the flags are damaged and one is completely missing. The black glass has some scratches from the flags going up and down. The case has some general wear. Overall, this is a nice looking piece and it would really decorate a wall nicely. I have not tested it, but I see no reason why it would not work. I am just unsure what voltage etc... that you would want to use.
