Description
German JSE brand aluminum bread/sandwich tin in decent condition. It has some general storage wear and some brown discoloration inside. It needs a good cleaning. Both pieces are marked JSC Gar. Rein Aluminum.
A nice bread bag stuffer to keep your sandwich safe. These were an important part of everyday life for Germans, so it is no wonder they found their way to the front lines as well. Bread tins are frequently found by battlefield diggers across Europe and Russia. They were even being produced as early as WWI.
