Original Material SS Camo Cap Correct Pattern

It is not everyday that you come across an SS camo hat that is correctly made. This one is made from original material and whoever did make it absolutely nailed the pattern. There were a few subtle variations in the construction of originals and this one fits very well within those boundaries. The shape is good, the seams are all correct, the sweat band is correct, Everything is done properly. It is a smaller size, probably around a 55. This had been sold as an original but I firmly believe it is newly made and just done extremely well. Nothing glows under black light and the material itself is undoubtedly original. If I was going to critique anything about this hat, the only thing I could even vaguely say I don't like are the vent holes. There are within tolerances for original but they do stand out a bit to me and are of a less common type. You can tell it is made from scraps as there is a seam across the one side panel of the hat.

There are precious few of these hats which are real and a thriving market of original material fakes. typically fakes of this type sell in the $600-$800 range, but I feel that is a bit extreme and I got a fairly good deal so I want to pass that along and find a good home for this really great hat.
