Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 22"**Measurements are of the coat itself. You must be able to wear your uniform underneath.
Nice tailor made coat. Palmer Clothes label. The bottom has been lengthened. Small spot of wear near one pocket. The back of the collar has a white smudge. The lining has come unstitched toward the bottom.
