1930s Silk Print Dress

Vintage 1930s silk print dress.

There are NO SIDE OPENINGS! There are buttons at the neck, but you must be able to slip this on over your head!

Handmade dress. Black with a dark yellow/orange/gold color. More flattering than the 1920s flapper style, but it still has some elements of a looser fitting dress. The material is delicate. There are a few repairs, most noticeably on the darts in the skirt. The material has some fade / discoloration on the yellow/orange color. The busy print helps hide it a bit. A few small areas of popped seams. The top button has some wear and the metal underneath is starting to show. A few small stains near the buttons. The top is blousy, so the stains aren't too glaring.

This dress may be best for display or for a photoshoot, due to its delicate nature. If you wanted to wear it, you may have to add snap closures on the side.
