Description
Vintage 1940s beige felt tilt hat with black feathers. This small hat was meant to be worn at an angle, not just sit on the top of your head. Fairly good condition but it does have some issues. The felt shows some light wear. The inside has some staining and the hoop shows some wear. The netting looks to be in good shape, but may have a few small breaks.
