Vintage 1940s WWII US Navy WAVES women's seersucker working uniform dress.

Length - 39"
Label at the neck is fraying and the W.A.V.E.S. label near the metal side zipper is faded. Good condition with some flaws. There is a rust spot from where a safety pin was on the front. There are some scattered light stains (the stripes kind of hide the stains). Some pulls in the material.
