Description
Vintage Civil Defense / Defense Corps Medical armband from New Jersey. The main body is sewn on to a cardboard piece with top and bottom elastic pieces. There is some light wear and staining. The elastic is still stretchy. I don't know Civil Defense stuff very well; this could be wartime or 1950s.
