Nice peplum design. The dress is see-through, so a slip must be worn underneath. Make sure none of the above measurements are tight. The material is a very thin crepe rayon. The dress is quite delicate and I don't think I would wear it for much more than a photo shoot. It is in AS-IS condition and has flaws. The off-white trim on the collar and sleeves has a lot of holes, tears and shredding. The dress has a hook and eye at the back of the neck and a side snap opening (the top snap pieces have a thread connecting them). The buttons down the front are purely for decoration. There is one missing button at the top and several of the buttons have rust staining and wear. The belt has one unfinished end and the other end has a lot of small holes. There is staining throughout, but it is hard to see. The staining was easier to see laying on the floor than it was on the mannequin. There are a few popped seams. As it is now, it could be worn but only if you are very careful.
